Yes. In fact if you have an existing cleaning operation, you MUST convert it in order to become a FreshX franchise. |

How long does it take to get started? |

Generally speaking, Franchisees should be fully trained and operational within 30-90 days after signing the franchise agreement. |

Who sets the price for the services I offer? |

While FreshX has a recommended price strategy, ultimately you set your own prices. |

Who does the advertising? |
| A. |
FreshX creates most of your advertising and marketing materials. As a Franchisee you are responsible for media cost and placement of all advertising in your service territory. |

Can I sell my FreshX franchise? |

Yes. If certain conditions are meet you may sell your business at any time with FreshX approval of the new Franchisee. |

Is my FreshX territory exclusive? |

Yes. Neither we nor any other Franchisee will be allowed to operate a FreshX business in the geographic area identified in your agreement. |

How long is my FreshX franchise agreement? |

Our agreement is for 10 years. If at the end of that time the Franchisee is in good standing, the agreement is renewed for an additional 10 years. |

May I operate a FreshX from my home? |

This is acceptable in certain smaller markets until your operation reaches a level of growth which makes an outside-the-home office more feasible. |

Do we have to buy our chemicals, equipment, and supplies from you? |

The FreshX system is based on strict specifications for both chemistry and equipment. You are free to purchase from any of our approved vendors. |
